Guatemala Los Cedros Esperanza Gold Label (Central America):
I believe this is the single best Guatemalan coffee I've ever tasted. I ordered more of this coffee than anyone I've ordered in the past because I have such confidence in it. It is a stunning cup of coffee and makes it so I don't miss our La Bolsa. I'm hoping you feel the same way.
Brazil Cachoeira da Grama Peaberry (South America):
This Dry Process Brazilian Peaberry bean is not like the typical natural process coffees that we have offered in the past. The flavors fall more in line with coffees we often recommend for espresso. This coffee has everything that is unique to the country: complexity and boldness in a smooth cup. The delicious flavor of toffee and praline lends a nutty, sweetness to this coffee, with the typical chocolate richness you would expect from a Brazilian bean. It produces a beautifully balanced cup, with a medium, caramel body. My goodness! It is a good cup of coffee.
Ethiopia Organic Tega & Tula RFA (Africa):
This Ethiopian bean has a delicate sweetness to it. Even though it is a dark roast, there is a light floral touch reminiscent of an earl grey tea that brings a smoothness to the cup. As it cools, it resembles a tangy fruit juice, but hot it is balanced and floral. We found that this coffee truly shines as a pour-over and espresso brew!
