Guatemala La Esperanza Gold Label:

We have had a coffee from the La Bolsa farm for several years as our flagship Guatemalan coffee.  It has been so consistent for so long it is almost like a blend.  This year the La Bolsa still tested very good but had a different flavor profile.  Honestly, I just didn't like it as much and felt like I was going to have to change up the coffee profile.  So I went to our samples and looked for one that would be similar to the La Bolsa we've had.  That was an exercise worth completing because I ended up with this beauty.  I believe this is the single best Guatemalan coffee I've ever tasted.  I ordered more of this coffee than anyone I've ordered in the past because I have such confidence in it.  It is a stunning cup of coffee and makes it so I don't miss our La Bolsa.  I'm hoping you feel the same way.

Ethiopia Daye Bensa Organic Gold Label:

Normally I rave about natural processed Ethiopians, but this washed coffee stands out because it is just so good and juicy. As it cools, it resembles a delicious fruit juice, but hot it is delicate and floral. It has flavors of peach and dried apricot and finishes with a subtle sweetness like a nice clover honey. I found that this coffee truly shines as a pour-over brew!

Sumatra Bies Aceh Tengah:

Like many of my favorite Sumatran beans, this coffee is earthy, heavy, and rich. This coffee has the perfect contrast of a smooth, full-body and bold, complex taste. The warm flavors of molasses and caramel pair perfectly with the bittersweetness of cocoa. An herbal finish provides a unique and memorable drinking experience.
